How many pictures will we receive?

I never cap my galleries or charge extra for images. Every session includes a minimum number of edited images, which can be discussed during booking, but many clients receive even more. Once your gallery is delivered, the images are yours to download, print, share, and enjoy however you’d like!

How will I receive my gallery?

Your images will be delivered through a private online gallery sent directly to your email. To access your gallery, you’ll enter your email address as the password. You’re welcome to share your gallery with family and friends—they’ll simply need to enter their own email address to view and download the images.

When Will I Receive My Gallery?

Gallery delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks, depending on the season and the number of sessions currently being edited. Many galleries are delivered sooner, but if I anticipate a longer turnaround time, I will be sure to communicate that with you.

How do I book a session?

To secure your session date, a deposit is required at the time of booking. For larger collections and packages, a signed contract and deposit will be required. Payment plans are available for larger packages and can be customized to fit your needs. We’ll discuss all the details during the booking process.

What Is Your Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy?

All deposits are non-refundable. If a session needs to be canceled due to weather, illness, or an emergency, we will work together to find a new date that works for both parties. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit will be retained by the photographer, but any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.

How should we dress for our family session?

Neutral tones photograph beautifully in every season and tend to create a timeless look. For families and larger groups, I recommend choosing outfits from a coordinated color palette rather than matching exactly. During the booking process, I’m happy to send color palette suggestions that complement your session location and style.

What’s the best time to have a session with a newborn?

The ideal time for a newborn session is within the first one to two weeks after your baby arrives. During this stage, babies are often sleepier, curlier, and more comfortable being posed. If your little one tends to be sleepiest at a certain time of day, we can absolutely schedule your session around their routine to help create a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
